I have been a licensed Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist for 16 years. My professional background also includes Early Childhood and Elementary Education as well as Parenting Instruction. I have worked with several community mental health agencies, and in addition to my private practice, I currently teach Parent Education through Pasadena City College.
The work I have pursued in my life has focused on the process of inspiring growth and change in peoples’ lives, whether it has been encouraging a child to try something new, helping a family through a difficult time, giving a couple more effective communication tools or providing an individual useful techniques to manage his or her anxiety.
In my private practice I enjoy working with individual adults, couples and children. I have experience seeing people with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting struggles, gay and lesbian issues, and life transitions.
My practice includes people with diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds as well as a variety of lifestyles.
My office is located at 127 North Madison Avenue, Suite 212,
Pasadena, CA 91101.
